Ua has over 30 years experience in the finance and operations industry. During his career he has held positions in credit operations, business development, LMI operations, claims assessment, mortgage credit assessment and settlements.
Ua is committed to continuous improvement and is dedicated to fostering collaborative environments where teams can thrive and exceed their goals. He aims to leverage his experience to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization that values innovation and excellence.
Beyond his love for finance, Ua is passionate about giving back to the community and educating the next generation. Ua is a regular volunteer for Meals on Wheels and a kid’s holiday education camp program. He also spent a part of his career mentoring young athletes as a former Player Agent.
